Our client is seeking to add a Taxation Accountant to support their growing operations. The typical job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Plan and develop menus in consultation with chefs, ensuring alignment with Vietnamese culinary standards and customer preferences.
- Oversee the purchasing of ingredients and supplies, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to budget constraints.
- Organise and manage special functions, such as cultural events or private bookings, to meet customer needs and enhance the restaurant's reputation.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, financial transactions, and daily sales to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure dining areas and facilities comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and appealing environment.
- Engage with customers to assess satisfaction, address inquiries, and resolve complaints to uphold high service standards.
- Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure consistent performance and service quality.
- Take reservations, greet guests, and assist with order-taking to enhance the dining experience.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and presentation to uphold Vietnamese culinary authenticity and meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow, timely service, and consistency in food preparation.
- Create and manage staff rosters to optimise scheduling and maintain operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, including social media and community engagement, to promote the restaurant and attract customers.
- Foster a positive team culture, encouraging high morale, collaboration, and professional development among staff.
- Monitor and control food and labour costs through effective budgeting and resource management to maximise profitability.

- A relevant Diploma Degree
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in managing operations, including staff, inventory, and budgeting.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
