Your responsibilities will include ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, managing inventory and supply chain logistics, and leading and mentoring a team of dedicated professionals. Mineral Resources, a leading diversified mining services company, is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our People Facilities & Logistics (PFL) team as a Dining and Retail Lead at Kens Bore. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of dining facilities and retail outlets, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of food service professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health and safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Hold an Approved Manager's Certificate or willing to obtain.
- Additional certificates include RSA, Barista and Food Safety
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and relevant software applications.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
