Your new role
As a Project/Portfolio Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of project governance. You'll work closely with project managers, program leads, and stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, financial oversight, and effective steering committee support.Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing project status reports and dashboards
- Coordinating steering committee meetings and tracking actions
- Managing RAID registers and supporting risk reviews
- Monitoring budgets and benefits realisation
- Supporting continuous improvement and portfolio communications
- 3+ years in a project/portfolio analyst or PMO role
- Strong understanding of project governance and reporting frameworks
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with financial tracking and benefits realisation is a plus.
- Initial contract through to December 2025
