Design and deliver training programs for technology and CRM (Salesforce) initiatives -
Conduct training needs analysis and develop tailored learning plans -
Create engaging content: e-learning modules, guides, workshops, and simulations -
Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions across diverse user groups -
Collaborate with change, delivery, and tech teams to align training with project goals -
Support user adoption through coaching, job shadowing, and post-go-live refreshers -
Maintain and update knowledge management content for new systems and processes -
Track training effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback
Requirements:
-
Strong background in L&D or training delivery within tech or digital environments -
Skilled in instructional design and creating blended learning solutions -
Experience supporting CRM or system implementations (Salesforce ideal) -
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills -
Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player -
Able to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, practical content -
Holds or is working towards Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122) -
Passionate about driving change and improving user adoption through learning
