Description:
- 2 short-term roles available (1-2 months)
- Based in Townsville
The responsibilities of the position include:
- Must be proficient in the use of Adobe Pro, Outlook and Excel.
- Skills – must have good Excel skills as this role will work with Microsoft Excel as a core part of the role
- Fast and accurate data entry skills BUT must be able to gain understanding of information being processed so errors are eliminated or reduced.
- Accounts receivable/accounts payable
- Communication Skills – must be able to communicate with internal and external customers
- Used to working in a fast-paced team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and being adaptable with the different types of documents being processed within a high-volume area.
- Previous experience in data entry a must with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Ability to do repetitive work but have the capability to assist in other areas of the team on same level without disruption.
- Must be able to show initiative and be able to work in a team environment but able to also work autonomously
- Assist in managing several mailboxes
- Assist in providing business support – IT, Fleet, Stationery, uniforms
