We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Coordinator to join the Theatre Flow+ Project (and other projects as directed).

This is a fixed-term full-time vacancy for two (2) years, with the possibility of extension(s). Although full-time is preferred, hours may be negotiable.

This role calls for someone with a strong understanding of health service operations, particularly business management within operating theatres and/or surgical services, including upstream and downstream services.

In this position, you will play a key role in driving project success by overseeing workstreams and portfolios focused on maximisng benefits, strengthening project controls, and delivering robust financial and business outcomes through data-drive insights.
