Qualifications & experience
- Working with Children Check (WWC)
- Sporting background (Soccer)
- MUST live within close proximity to Glen Waverley or Malvern
- A positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of patience, essential for effectively interacting with children and their parents, as well as creating a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere
- Understands child development principles and age-appropriate coaching techniques, ensuring that training sessions are suitable for the physical development of young players.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Setting up of sessions (already planned out)
- Managing a session with a maximum of 15 kids per class
- Ensuring all kids feel welcome and part of the team
- Be attentive at all times throughout the session
- Be loud and enthusiastic
- Reliable
- Early morning starts on weekends
- Ensuring the safety of all children
- Available to work early morning on Weekends
