At EdAccelerator, our mission is to build the education system of the future.

With recent advancements in AI and technology, it's an exciting time to be in the education space, and we're on the cutting edge of creating personalised tutoring programs that maximise students results.

You'll be working with a team of software engineers, tutors/teachers and academic advisors to help our students excel on aptitude tests and gain admission into their dream high schools and universities. In the past 12 months alone, we've supported over 500 students, earning a 4.9-star average rating from 100+ reviews

About The Role

To help every student reach their full potential through the program, it’s crucial to have exceptional customer service - for both students and their families.

This is why we're now hiring one full-time Customer Service Representative to provide fast and friendly support to the students in our programs (and their families).

This role is for applicants who:

- Have exceptional writing skills.

- Care about our students success.

- Have a growth mindset.

- Are receptive to feedback.

- Are meticulous and detail-oriented.

- Are willing to be all in on the business.

Salary range is between $60,000 and $70,000 per annum and is quoted excluding superannuation. The role also includes employee stock options over and above the base salary and superannuation.

We expect you to work from our Prahran office at least three days per week. The rest of our team typically works in the office four to five days a week, as we're all fully committed to building the education system of the future. To achieve a vision this big, we need a team that’s all in - people who see this as a mission, not just a job.

Our preferred hours for this role are from 12 PM to 8 PM, as this is when our students and families most often need support.
