About the RoleAs a Business Development Manager at Green by Nature, you will lead the creation of business opportunities that generate new revenue through strategic business development initiatives. This is a role focused on:
Identifying and securing new long-term contracts across market sectorsDeveloping proposals and potential client engagement strategiesManaging a robust pipeline of opportunitiesBecoming a recognised industry expert in targeted verticals
You’ll work closely with our Operational teams, Senior Leaders and Bid Services team to align growth strategy with capability—and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop deep expertise in key market sectors and establish strong client relationshipsIdentify new business opportunities and manage an active sales pipeline in our HubSpot CRM systemAttend industry events and meetings to build client rapport and position Green by Nature favourablyCollaborate across the business to align service offerings with market needsSupport excellence in bid development, tender timelines, and pricing accuracyChampion safety, sustainability, and ethical practices in all business activity
QualificationsTertiary qualification in Business, Sales, or a related discipline—or significant relevant experience
Required SkillsProven track record in business development, strategic sales, or contract acquisition in B2B servicesExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skillsOrganised, self-motivated, and capable of managing competing prioritiesExperience of working cross-functionally in a dynamic environmentProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeA passion for sustainability and making a real impact
