This role is perfect for Rehabilitation Consultant wanting to leverage their expertise in a meaningful way. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will assess client needs, develop customised rehabilitation plans, and offer expert guidance to clients throughout their recovery journey. This position provides a unique chance to expand your skill set and make a significant impact on client recovery and quality of life.
What you will be doing:
- Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
- Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients
- Conducting assessments to guide clients toward new career paths
- Collaborating with treatment providers to ensure optimal recovery outcomes
- Developing graduated return-to-work plans by liaising with doctors regarding appropriate timeframes and goals
- Case managing complex physical and psychological issues and coordinating with treating health professionals
