We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to take the reins and continue driving our food offer forward — with a focus on consistency, quality, and community.
Who We’re Looking For:
- An experienced Head Chef (or strong Sous ready to step up) with at least 1 year in a similar role
- A natural leader who trains, motivates, and develops their team
- Someone who thrives under pressure and leads by example
- Excellent menu development and presentation skills
- A hands-on operator with a supportive and approachable leadership style
- Proven experience in large-scale events and functions
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Strong understanding of cost control, stock management, and rostering
- Menu costing expertise with a focus on minimising waste
- Proficiency with POS, kitchen management systems & MS Office
- Knowledge of current food trends and kitchen optimisation
- A compliance-first mindset with excellent food safety standards
