About The Role
Full-time
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Taking telephone orders from Clients and Account Managers
- Management of inquiries from clients
- Attend to walk-in customers and cash sales at the counter
- Data entry of daily schedules and orders that are received from Fax/Telephone
- Daily filing of completed schedules and returned delivery dockets
- Daily updating and archiving of the scheduling system
- Phoning sites to confirm deliveries and arrange cranage
- Raise delivery dockets, adding freight component and check credit limits
- Liaise with stock controller for out-of-stock components
- Photocopy and collate delivery dockets
- Ability to receive and process sales orders
- Co-ordinate loads and deliveries and produce load sheets
- Arrange couriers as required
- Liaise with drivers to ensure smooth flow of deliveries
- Raise Comops delivery dockets for manual schedules
- Follow up enquiries and/or complaints regarding incorrect deliveries
- Run production tags
- Liaise as required, credit, despatch and production
Previous experience working in a customer service role and within a similar industry
