Property Manager
Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to take the next step in your career? Join our well-established boutique property management agency, which has been a trusted name in the Greater Brisbane, Ipswich, and Gold Coast areas for over 20 years. We specialise in managing a diverse range of properties, from fully furnished inner-city apartments to spacious family homes in the suburbs.
We are currently seeking a motivated Property Manager to oversee our Springfield Lakes office in the Western Suburbs. You will join a team of friendly, professional staff who are committed to creating a collaborative, supportive work environment. Work closely with our hands-on Managing Director and take advantage of the opportunity for mentorship and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a POD of 300 Properties with support from another Property Manager
- Work closely with your dedicated leasing consultant for all leasing requirements
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and team members.
- Handle rental arrears, maintenance coordination, and liaise with tradespeople using industry-leading software.
- Prepare and manage entry and exit reports, routine inspections, tenancy finalisations, and court documentation.
- Ensure all tasks are completed with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Property Manager.
- A current QLD Real Estate Licence.
- Proven success in property management and client relationship management.
- A professional, authentic approach with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in POD or portfolio-style property management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of property management legislation.
- Passion, drive, and enthusiasm for the property management industry.
- Proficiency in industry software including Property ME, IRE, Inspection Express, Tapi, and Real works.
- A current driver’s licence.
