About the Role: IT Support Officer
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on IT Support Officer to play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly and securely. You’ll work closely with our external Managed Service Provider while being the friendly on-the-ground support our team relies on.
This is your chance to bring your tech know-how into a role with purpose - helping us deliver high-quality care with reliable, compliant, and future-focused IT solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Be our in-house go-to for all things IT & Communications
- Coordinate with our MSP to maintain robust, seamless operations across our network, internet, and phone systems
- Provide responsive on-site tech support to staff and residents - minimising downtime and keeping things running smoothly
- Lead rollouts of new systems and ensure compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
- Empower staff with effective IT training and friendly, patient support
- Cert IV or higher in Information Technology
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments
- Hands-on experience rolling out new systems
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills - you enjoy helping others
- A proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Current Police Clearance (within the last 6 months)
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- COVID-19 (2 doses) and up-to-date Flu vaccination (recommended)
