We are thrilled to offer an exciting full-time opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team at our Eastwood office location.
THE ROLE
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely with our dedicated team of Leasing Partners and Property Managers, providing both administrative and on-the-ground support for our property portfolio. This role is perfect for a driven individual eager to be mentored by industry experts and passionate about building a rewarding career in property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting ingoing and routine inspections.
- Assisting Property Managers with final inspections.
- Maintaining excellent communication with tenants via email and phone.
- Managing daily rent arrears.
- Overseeing weekly water arrears.
- Preparing tenant packs.
- Providing additional support to Property Managers as needed.
ARE YOU OUR NEXT ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER?
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have:
- A current Property Management license (essential)
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (essential)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A passion for real estate and a desire to grow within the industry
