This role supports the delivery of monthly performance dashboards, reporting frameworks, and insights for listed companies via a proprietary platform: Clarity Metrics™ .
Working closely with strategy, design, and digital teams, you’ll analyse communications performance across key channels including media, websites, investor platforms, and digital reporting tools.
Ideal for a mid-level analyst (2–4 years’ experience), this is a great opportunity to develop your strategic capability while owning and enhancing a key performance reporting function.
Key Responsibilities-
Build and deliver monthly performance dashboards and client reports.

Analyse cross-channel data to extract insights and trends.

Support strategic planning by providing meaningful performance commentary.

Identify patterns, risks, and optimisation opportunities in communications activity.

Collaborate in the evolution of the Clarity Metrics™ platform and framework.

Present insights in a clear, actionable format for clients and stakeholders.

2–4 years of experience in a reporting, business analysis, or insights role.

Strong working knowledge of Excel , and exposure to tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI , or similar.

Ability to translate performance data into meaningful strategic insights.

Exceptional attention to detail and structured thinking.

Prior experience in media, investor reporting, or communications environments is an advantage.
