AREA MANAGER – TOKYO HEADSPA
$80,000 - $90,000 + Uncapped Bonuses

Be part of something exceptional. Tokyo Headspa, a fast-growing, premium wellness brand offering a unique experience that blends scalp care, hair treatment, massage, and deep relaxation. We are expanding rapidly — with 30+ locations planned nationally — and we’re looking for a driven, people-focussed Area Manager to take the lead in Victoria , starting with our brand-new flagship site in Armadale.

About the Role
You’ll oversee the performance of up to 3 luxury spa locations (beginning with one) — guiding your team to deliver consistently exceptional service, while optimising operations and driving business results.
You’ll be hands-on, spending your time between locations and supporting your site leaders, ensuring our brand values are delivered at every client touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach Site Managers and spa teams across 1–3 sites.
- Be the face of the brand (based in our front Reception area)— welcoming clients and setting the tone for excellence.
- Monitor and improve performance metrics (incl. service, wages, and profitability).
- Ensure all spas run at 90% rostered hour optimisation.
- Drive growth through local marketing, referrals, and repeat visitation.
- Build and maintain a positive, motivated team culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of leadership experience in spa, wellness, salon, or retail sectors.
- Strong multi-site or high-volume team management background.
- Commercial acumen with a track record of meeting KPIs and managing P&Ls.
- A confident and empowering leadership style.
- Familiarity with spa services or wellness industry (preferred).
- Full driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (30–40% travel time).
- Willingness to work some weekends and evenings as needed.
- Experience with Zenoti is a bonus, not a must.
