Senior Analyst

Description:

• Department for Health and Wellbeing – Digital Health SA – Technology & Infrastructure
• Salary: $98,478 to $104,165 – ASO6 – Full Time / Term Contract up to 12 Months

Overview:

• Coordinate and undertake the development and delivery of service desk monitoring related programs and services that effectively monitor and report on Service Desk performance and operational activities.
• Identify, analyse and report on complex real time data related to Service Desk volumes, responses and service impacts, including designing, developing and disseminating a range of reporting and alerting the Service Desk Manager to current issues requiring action and investigation.
• Plan, undertake and evaluate data auditing, cleansing and transformation processes to create useable data, identify trends and patterns in data, and undertake comprehensive research and analysis to identify and report on business pain points and opportunities for improvement in service delivery.
