- Repairing complex vehicle faults using advanced diagnostic equipment and procedures
- Performing scheduled maintenance services and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Providing exceptional customer service and communicating technical information to customers
- Staying up-to-date with the latest Mercedes-Benz technologies, tools, and repair methods
- Formal automotive qualifications
- Extensive experience as a Mercedes-Benz Technician, with a proven track record of excellence
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to use advanced diagnostic equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
