About the role As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous safe operation and maintenance of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure across multiple service station sites. This hands-on role is critical to maintaining the highest standards of safety, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on fuel pumps, dispensers, canopies, signage, air and water machines, and other forecourt equipment

Conduct troubleshooting, repairs, and installations of minor electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems

Respond to maintenance service calls in a timely and professional manner

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations

Keep detailed maintenance records and complete necessary compliance paperwork

Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs when necessary

Report to the Maintenance Supervisor and work closely with station managers
What we’re looking for
-
Previous experience as an Industrial Electrician or maintenance within the petrol service station industry (preferred)

A current NSW Electrical License or Electrical Trade Qualification

A current Australian Drivers License

Understanding of HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental) standards

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

A valid driver’s license (travel between sites required)

Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and emergency callouts
