Your new role
As the Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the business, overseeing all accounting and financial functions.
You'll manage financial reporting, payroll, compliance, and team leadership, while also driving process improvement initiatives.
This role offers flexibility with permanent part-time (0.8) or full-time options and the opportunity to shape the future of the agency's operations.
- Manage all accounting functions using Xero, supported by an Office Assistant
- Ensure timely lodgement of BAS, Payroll Tax, RTWSA, and Superannuation
- Run payroll and sales agent commissions
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports
- Oversee insurance renewals and compliance
- Lead the administration team and support Sales Trust operations
- Handle HR tasks including contracts and onboarding
- Liaise with external accountants
What you'll need to succeed
- A degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong experience with Xero
- A solid understanding of payroll and statutory compliance
- Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable but not essential
- A proactive mindset with a passion for efficiency and innovation
