Administrative AssistantRole Purpose
This entry-level, customer-facing role provides a range of essential administrative functions, under supervision, that support the day-to-day operations of the office. The Administrative Assistant is passionate about delivering high-quality service and contributes to a professional and welcoming environment, working under supervision.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact via switchboard and reception with a friendly, helpful manner.

Schedule appointments and meetings, and prepare rooms accordingly.

Perform accurate data entry, filing, formatting, and proofreading of documents.

Maintain stock levels and manage office/site supply orders.

Coordinate routine office equipment maintenance to ensure functionality.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy protocols.

Provide general administrative assistance to internal staff across departments.

Assist with event coordination and logistics.

Liaise with external vendors and service providers.

Support ad hoc projects as required to meet organizational needs.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Previous experience in office administration or similar role.

Familiarity with the NDIS framework and the disability services sector.

Minimum SACE or equivalent secondary education.

Certificate-level qualifications in business administration or related fields.

Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

An understanding of the NDIS and disability.
