The RoleAs the Project Administrator UMR, you will play an essential role in assisting the Department to meet its targets by providing project and contract administration services to support the delivery of infrastructure projects across the Northern Territory.You’ll provide contract administration advice for Repairs and Maintenance on infrastructure assets, assist in the management of scheduled maintenance work orders and training in the Urgent Minor Repairs (UMR) team.
About youExperience in project and period contract administration with sound knowledge of contemporary project and contract administration practices, principles and innovations.Knowledge of the principles and practice of procurement and contract management legislation and frameworks, repairs and maintenance cycles and associated budget and financial processes.Experience in financial reconciliation and other financial processes and using financial, project management, and office software systems.Sound experience in providing advice, training, support and high-level customer service.Sound oral, written communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with diverse audiences with ability to prepare reports and business documentation
