Description:
Immediate Start - we are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist to join our team.
This is a full-time role (9-5) that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment whilst also having the benefit of working in a small office environment.
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Additionally, you will support our administrative team by handling a variety of tasks, including entering work orders, managing our main email inbox, and assisting with scheduling tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet phone callers in a professional and friendly manner.

Manage and monitor the main company email inbox, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Enter work orders into the system accurately and promptly.

Collaborate closely with the Scheduler, providing administrative support and helping with scheduling tasks when necessary.

Handle general administrative duties, including data entry, organising paperwork, and other tasks as assigned.

Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.

Working closely with plumbers, providing administrative assistance as needed
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is essential .

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
