Optimal Medication Solutions is a Pharmacy with a difference, whilst we are a PBS Approved Pharmacy, we don’t have the distractions of a regular retail pharmacy.
Optimal Medication Solutions provides Medication Management Services to Aged Care Facilities and community clients within Western Australia. We have invested significantly in our Myaree facility which houses Australia’s first robotic medication packing system, and we are prepared for business growth.
To achieve our mission we require a Pharmacist who is caring and passionate about accurate dispensing to ensure we maintain high standards in our fast paced business.

To be successful in this role, you must be
- A very good communicator
- Very strong organisational skills
- Able to work within a pharmacist led team environment, with multiple pharmacist peers.
- Highly accurate with medication charting for residents
- Highly motivated to achieve team and individual goals.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- Experience in Dose Administration Aids or aged care services preferred but not essential
