This Role:
Reporting to Outcare’s new Managing Director, David Cain, the Chief Operating Officer will lead a team of five direct reports and 170 staff, with responsibility for driving service excellence, operational efficiency and strategic growth.
Whilst this is a strongly strategic role, it will also encompass overseeing day-to-day operations, service innovation, workforce development, risk management, compliance and stakeholder engagement to ensure Outcare delivers high quality, impactful and scalable services.
About You:
You will be a strategic thinking leader with a track record of shaping and driving service delivery strategies by your collaborative leadership style and a proven ability to manage through complexity and financial parameters.
Experience in a senior community services leadership role, managing the operations of complex services to improve effectiveness and implement best practice is required.
