About the Role
Clarkson Nissan and Seaview Ford are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Interpreter to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent support to both our workshop and retail customers.
Reporting to the Parts Manager, in this role, you will:
- Assist customers and technicians with parts enquiries, quotes, and orders
- Interpret and identify correct parts using manufacturer catalogues and systems
- Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Process incoming and outgoing parts orders and deliveries
- Provide exceptional service across the parts counter, phone, and internal systems
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter in an automotive dealership (preferred)
- Good mechanical knowledge or a strong interest in automotive parts
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience using parts catalogues and dealer management systems
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Current driver's licence
- Valid Australian working rights
