This is a Fixed Term, Full Time, Shift Work position for 12 months to cover parental leave, commencing early August 2025.

We are currently seeking a Senior Social Worker to join Fremantle Mental Health Triage. As part of the multidisciplinary team you will be required to plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate Social Work services to clients in the clinical specialty area of Mental Health, using advanced Social Work and clinical practice skills from a recovery orientated and trauma informed perspective. This role plans, implements and evaluates patient safety and quality of care and supervises Social Work staff and support staff in the unit/clinical area, coordinating duties and managing performance. Practicing as a Senior Social Worker, this position also ensures practice is in accordance with the Australian Association of Social Workers Practice Standards and Code of Ethics and SMHS policies and guidelines.
