What do I need?
Strong ability to foster customer relationships starting with a referral network of external partners; experience in maintaining such networks is essential.Proven experience working in a customer-facing organisation, particularly in lending.Comprehensive knowledge of the home lending process.Solid people skills to make customers feel confident and well-supported.Consistently exceed customer expectations through exceptional service and relationship-building.
