The opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and hard-working individual to effectively administer and oversee a range of administrative tasks for our state of the art glass processing operation located in Dandenong.
Reporting to the Administration and Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately input customer orders into the company’s system, ensuring all details are correct and complete;
- Track and manage orders through their lifecycle, coordinating with sales, despatch, and finance to resolve any issues that arise;
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience;
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure that orders meet customer expectations;
- Liaise with the despatch team to ensure timely delivery of products, resolving any delivery issues promptly;
- Collaborate with the finance team to handle invoicing and payment issues, ensuring accurate billing;
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and any issues that arise, ensuring data integrity in all systems;
- Provide backup and support to reception when needed; as well as the Planning team during peak times to help ensure smooth operations;
- Other duties as may be required from time to time; the incumbent of this role is expected to contribute to the full extent of their skill and ability.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Be a passionate customer service professional with excellent communication skills;
- Motivated and able to work autonomously;
- Excellent time-management skills;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
