As our services continue to grow, we are looking for compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families within our communities.

About the Role:
We are currently seeking support workers who are available to work across a variety of shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM . You will be providing tailored supports that empower participants to live independently and reach their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Supporting community participation and social activities
  • Administering or assisting with medication , as required
  • Promoting independence, choice, and dignity in every interaction

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

  • A current National Police Check
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • A CPR and First Aid Certificate
  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Completion of the NDIS Orientation Module
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
  • Ability to provide 100 points of ID
