What’s the role?
As an Equipment Finance Manager based in Perth, you’ll play a key role in supporting Australian businesses by providing tailored equipment finance solutions. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them grow and achieve their financial goals. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values initiative, customer focus, and long-term relationships—making a real impact in the business banking space.
What do I need?
- Strong understanding of business banking and equipment finance products
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with business clients
- A proactive approach to identifying customer needs and delivering solutions
- Experience in needs-based selling and financial consulting
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-first mindset
