As our Lead Electrician, you'll play a crucial role in guiding and developing our team of skilled electricians and apprentices. What You'll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and oversee a talented team of field staff
- Be the go-to person for field staff inquiries
- Manage diverse and challenging projects
- Uphold high-quality standards and procedures
- Ensure accurate daily job card management
- Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and stock management
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, networks, and suppliers
- Identify and implement process improvements and business growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- A-Grade Electrician license
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Air Conditioning certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain with company-sponsored training
- Experience in commercial, industrial, and residential settings
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex electrical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid manual driver’s license
