We're on the lookout for a proactive, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced marketing team based in Southport. This is a 2–3 month temporary role with the potential to start as early as next week.
Following a recent team restructure, we need a strong marketing generalist who’s ready to step in and support day-to-day execution across multiple projects. You'll work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, Marketing Operations Manager, Group Account Manager, and Events Coordinator .
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating and supporting marketing activities across multiple channels.
- Setting up branded stores, hubs, and job expos, including in-school events.
- Managing action items and logistics for marketing initiatives.
- Providing general support across the team where needed – a bit of everything!
Who We're Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in a generalist marketing role.
- Organised, adaptable, and willing to jump into a wide variety of tasks.
- Comfortable being out and about on site and working in a hybrid setup.
- Has a valid Blue Card and a national police check (or willing to obtain).
- Open to candidates on working holiday visas.
- Start : ASAP (ideally by end of next week).
- Location : Southport – hybrid role, mostly in-office and on-site.
- Duration : 2–3 months.
