About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced chef with at least two years of professional kitchen management experience and a strong background in operating and supervising food establishments. The ideal candidate is required to have work rights in Australia and hold a qualification in commercial cookery and hospitality management .
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, including baked goods.

Develop and refine menu items to enhance customer experience.

Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.

Direct and supervise the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Contribute to the business’s expansion by bringing creativity and expertise to the kitchen.
Requirements:

Minimum two years of experience in a professional kitchen

Qualification in Hospitality Management and Commercial Cookery (Mandatory)

Qualification and experience in patisserie (preferred)

Strong cooking and baking skills and a passion for culinary excellence.
