Description:
- Lead the monthly group reporting cycle and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Maintain accurate general ledger reconciliations, inventory, and fixed asset records.
- Support the preparation of annual financial statements, tax filings, and audits.
- Drive process improvements and ERP system enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen financial governance and performance.
- Identify risks and opportunities to enhance profitability and internal controls.
Requirements:
- CA/CPA qualified with a degree in Accounting or Commerce.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in financial accounting, ideally in a group or multi-entity environment.
- Strong technical knowledge in financial reporting, compliance, year end and internal controls.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central and/or Accurriis a plus.
Conditions:
