- $170 per hour for 3 months
- Mixed Billing
- 2 RNs on at all times
- 4 FTE Doctors
- 7 consulting rooms
- Treatment room with 3 beds
- Procedure room
- Allied Health on site
- Standard Consult $75
- Long Consult $130
- 6 patients per hour
