The Role

We’re looking for experienced Project Managers with a proven track record in delivering high-quality construction projects within Melbourne’s new build and fit-out sectors.

Ideal candidates will have expertise in one or more of the company's core specialities and must have successfully delivered projects valued between $15M - $40M.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a site team of CAs, Site Managers, Foremen, and Coordinators
• Overseeing financial management and accurate reporting
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Taking full responsibility for on-site operations and execution

Are you suitable?

This Project Manager role is focused on delivering commercial construction projects. To be considered, you must meet the following minimum criteria:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Economics, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering
• 10+ years of industry experience, with at least 2 projects delivered as a Project Manager in the $15M - $40M value range
• Proven relationships with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Strong leadership, programming, financial management, and communication skills
• Ability to mentor, train, and develop professional teams
