About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Duty Manager to join our team at
Melbourne International Airport. In this key leadership role, you will ensure safety, service
excellence, and operational efficiency across all airport activities. You will act as the main
point of contact with local authorities and partners, and lead our team to deliver a smooth
and outstanding experience to our passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and coordinate all actions during operational contingencies, acting as the
primary decision-maker.
● Oversee Passenger Service, Ramp, and Control Centre Operations before and
during shifts to ensure a seamless operation.
● Represent LATAM with airport and local authorities, maintaining strong relationships
and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
● Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across airport operations and
processes.
● Ensure operational and administrative contracts related to aircraft and passenger
services are in place and compliant.
About You:
● Education: University degree (preferably in an administrative or related field).
● Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in airport operations, logistics, and
managing relationships with suppliers and authorities. Minimum 1 year in a
supervisory role in passenger services.
● Skills: Strong understanding of process management and continuous improvement.
● Language: Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken).
● Other: No formal warnings in the last 12 months.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $142,000.00 per year
