Administration Assistant People & Culture
Part Time (30.4 hours per week - 4 days)
City Mission is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate administrative assistant with great attention to detail and experience across a range of software management systems to support our dynamic People and Culture team.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
Essential Qualifications/Experience:

Minimum 3 years administration experience.

Strong data entry and software management skills with excellent accuracy.

Learning Management System (LMS) experience.
-
Highly competent in MS Office.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Ability to work in a dynamic work environment.

Ability to prioritise to meet conflicting deadlines.
-
Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team.
-
National Police Check is required for all roles at LCM. (or willingness to obtain)

Working with Vulnerable People check. (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable Qualifications/Experience:

Experience or demonstrated capacity to work in an organisation adopting a Christian ethos.

The Admin Assistant People & Culture is responsible for providing administration and database support to the People and Culture team.
Primarily the role will be responsible for processing data and providing reporting and communication to support the workers and P&C systems of City Mission, including but not limited to: City Mission’s Learning Management, HR Management and Volunteer Management Systems.
This is a part-time position under the Clerks (Private Sector) Award. As a Public Benevolent Institution, LCM employees are eligible to salary package through our approved provider.
