We are currently seeking an experienced Sales & Product Line Administrator to join our HR Products division in QLD or SAon a full-time basis.

Manufacturing, imports and distributes quality automatic irrigation equipment for agricultural, golf course, sports turf, landscape and home watering systems throughout Australia.

How you will contribute

We’re seeking a hands-on, results-driven Sales & Product Line Administrator to join our HR Products division, either based out of Loganholme QLD or Royal Park SA on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Regional VP - Asia Pac, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial and operations team with product and sales support functions including pricing management, product specifications, sales reporting and contract management and rebate programs with customers.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Maintain and update product pricing, including the preparation and distribution of the company’s annual price book.

  • Administer customer rebate programs by tracking accruals, redemptions, and ensuring accurate documentation.

  • Support contract management by organising agreements, monitoring terms, and liaising with internal teams to ensure compliance.

  • Prepare and manage regular sales reports and dashboards to track performance and support commercial decision-making.

  • Provide assistance in the preparation of customer proposals and tender documentation.

  • Contribute to product development activities by gathering market feedback, competitive intelligence, and supporting internal alignment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives, promotions, and product launches.

  • Identify and recommend process improvements across pricing, reporting, and contract workflows to improve internal efficiency.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field; advanced coursework or certifications in sales operations, pricing, or data analytics being preferred

  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with experience supporting pricing, rebate tracking, or contract administration.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using CRM systems or sales reporting tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • A detail-oriented and adaptable approach, with the initiative to respond to changing business needs and ad hoc requests.

  • Previous experience in the agriculture or irrigation industry (or a related technical sales environment) is preferred.
