To be successful in these roles, the ideal candidate will have

Previous cafe/hospitality experience (highly regarded)

Previous customer service experience (highly regarded)

Great attention to detail

Availability to work weekends primarily as well as some weekdays (approximately 15 - 20 hrs per week)
