We are currently looking for Team Leaders and Traffic Controllers to join us, working on multiple major projects, new and existing in Wollongong and nearby suburbs.

- Perform all tasks associated with traffic management for works or events
- Use of Stop/Slow Bat to control traffic
- Implement and monitor operational Traffic Management Plans
- Lead and mentor Traffic Control crews
- Provide coaching and training to team members onsite
- Complete vehicle pre-start checks
- Load and unload vehicles with signage and equipment
- Complete site hazard assessments and implement control measures to suit the site
- Report on site hazards and near misses
- Monitor traffic behaviour and or flow to ensure safety is maintained at all times
- Control traffic, pedestrians and cyclists to protect maintenance workers, work crews and members of the public
- Traffic Controller Qualification
- Implement Traffic Control Plans Qualification
- AFPA Workers on Foot Certificate
- WHS General Induction (White) Card
- Team Leader experience
- Unrestricted Drivers Licence
- Own Transport - reliable and willing to travel.
- Undergo mandatory drug and alcohol screening.
- Willing to work in an "On Call" environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Willing to learn and expand your skills
