With rapid growth behind them, they are entering a new phase: one focused on margin, strategic consolidation, and strengthening their national presence.
Reporting to the Managing Director and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll take charge of the customer-facing side of the Commercial pillar of the organisation. You’ll lead a small but capable team of client relationship professionals, covering both coasts, with full visibility of national strategy.

To be considered for this sought-after position, you will need to demonstrate: -

A background in underground mining—ideally as a Mine Manager or Production Superintendent

Strong commercial instincts and the ability to build trust at site level

Natural leadership—strategic clarity, grounded judgement, and team development
