About the role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Nurse/Midwife to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. This position offers the opportunity to develop your clinical skills across a variety of settings while contributing to the health and wellbeing of patients. You will work within regulatory and statutory frameworks, ensuring care is aligned with best practice and organisational standards.
This role is ideal for an Enrolled Nurse seeking to build experience from novice to proficient practice. While working under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse/Midwife, you will remain accountable for your actions and contribute meaningfully to patient care outcomes. Your commitment to teamwork, compassion, and professional growth will be highly valued in this supportive and dynamic environment.
We are currently seeking staff to work at the following SAMI country sites:
- Murray Bridge Soldier's Memorial Hospital,
- Riverland General Hospital,
- Port Pirie Hospital
About You
You are a dedicated Enrolled Nurse who is passionate about providing safe, person-centred care in a dynamic healthcare environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively ensures the highest standards of patient support.

Registered (or eligible) as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practising certificate

Approved qualification in medicine administration as part of your program of study

Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and respond to changing clinical needs

Sound knowledge of nursing standards, relevant legislation, and quality improvement processes in a healthcare setting
