We are currently looking for a new addition to our team with a positive, driven, and experienced project management individual. The Role
Some of the key responsibilities and activities relevant to the role are:

Soil treatment, Civil Earthworks for Commercial/ Government Infrastructure, development, rural and agricultural projects.

Estimating, pricing prepare and submit tenders, quoting
-
Budgeting, scoping and planning resources sequencing required for project completion

Liaise with customers, regulators, suppliers and sub-contractors to complete competitive estimates and quotes
Key responsibilities and activities relevant to the estimator component of the role are:
Timely level & area control is a key component of project management for quality & quantity control & reporting. As a motivated self-starter, the role involves:

The latest machinery integrated level controls, Universal Total Station (UTS), mobile rovers through to dipping from string line and pegs

Prepare, record and report on quantity analysis from first principles and liaise with stakeholders on results

Work with the team, including customers, project managers, supervisors, operators, designers, and administrators, to provide timely measurement and reporting on site progress and completion

Compare and verify site set out and completion with design and plans
To be successful in this role, you will have:
-
A degree or similar expertise in earthworks/engineering/surveying/ Project Managing / Supervising
-
Excellent communication, negotiation skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and time management
-
CAD & Civil Engineering an advantage.
