About The Role
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Café Manager to join our close-knit team to provide exceptional customer service to our patrons and make them feel welcome. You will be responsible for managing front of house for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. Duties include daily service, rostering, purchasing, cleanliness, hygiene, the day-to-day café operations and opens/ closes.
This is a fast-paced key leadership role where you will lead, coach and mentor the team to strive for exceptional customer service.
The Perfect Profile
- Previous hospitality & team management experience
- Confidence in dealing with customers
- Barista skills
- Managing rosters and purchasing
- Natural leader, leading from example
- Current Food Handling Certificate
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
