We're hiring a Marketing Coordinator to work closely with the Marketing Business Partner and the Tradesim team to bring marketing campaigns to life and drive business growth. This role will support a mix of internal brands and external partner projects, providing you with exposure to multiple fast-paced initiatives.
It's a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll wear many hats — blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution. You'll work across product, design, performance, and data teams to ensure our marketing activity is coordinated, effective, and always moving forward.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid, social, email, content, partnerships)Support go-to-market and growth efforts across multiple brands and partner projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activity with business prioritiesWrite and edit marketing copy for emails, ads, landing pages, and social postsTrack key metrics (e.g. MQLs, CAC, CLTV, conversion rates) and contribute insights for optimisationManage campaign timelines, briefs, approvals, and stakeholder communicationBring fresh, creative ideas to the table, rooted in performance and customer needsStay informed on fintech and marketing trends and share relevant learnings with the teamAssist with marketing ops - including automation workflows, dashboards, and CRM segmentation
About You
3+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator, assistant, or similar roleSolid understanding of digital marketing, customer journeys, and performance metricsExcellent writing and communication skills - confident in creating and refining copyStrong project management and organisational skillsAn analytical mindset and comfort working with data to drive decision-makingA proactive, self-starting attitude - you don't wait to be told what to do nextExperience working in fast-paced, collaborative environmentsFamiliarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Notion, or similar (a plus)
