About The Role
We’re seeking a Garden & Building Maintenance Team Member to support our landscaping and horticulture operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Refer to the work requests register on a daily basis and ensure scheduled and requested tasks are completed efficiently
- Maintenance of gardens – weed, trim tree branches, spreading mulch and soft fall as directed by the site manager
- Setting up for college events (exams, exhibitions etc)
- Identify and act on any maintenance or grounds issues
- Ensure maintenance compound is kept in a tidy condition
- Planting of trees and shrubs as directed
- Mowing, blowing and line trimming
- Perform various labouring tasks on and occasionally off campus
What You’ll Need
- Experience in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance (preferred)
- Physically fit – able to lift, bend, kneel, and work in all weather
- Experience using power tools (preferred)
- Reliable, motivated, and team-focused
- Able to follow instructions and complete tasks to a high standard
