The Outstanding 12-month New Graduate program includes:
- Receive guidance and mentoring from career coaches therapy to support you in mapping our your professional goals
- Weekly 1:1 supervision with an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist
- Optional weekly online peer supervision
- Clinical specialisation programs for those looking to grow their skills
- Daily check-ins from your team leader
- A structured onboarding process where you will shadow other clinicians before getting started
- A gradual increase of caseload
- Administration support team to allow you to focus on what you do best
- Progression pathways into operations or clinical areas
Collaborate within a dynamic, multidisciplinary workspace that fosters a positive work culture.
Enjoy a welcoming atmosphere with monthly social events and a pet-friendly environment. The team places a strong emphasis on collaboration among therapists and gets together for social events such as; craft nights, escape rooms, bowling, nature hikes and dinners out.

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Full AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Drivers license
